Flight tickets and check-inImportant information about the tickets and check-in procedures for your holiday to holiday to Egypt. TicketsAll tickets are issued by email as an “e-ticket”. The ticket contains your flight details and instructions on how to check in, provide Advanced Passenger Information (API), if required, and how to add flight extras and upgrades. If you are checking in at the airport, you must have a PRINTED copy of your e-ticket in order to travel. If you do not have a printed copy of the e-ticket when you check in both for the flight from the UK AND the return flight to the UK, the airline is entitled to refuse you boarding the flight. We cannot accept responsibility in this situation and while we will endeavour to assist you in making alternate travel arrangements, any costs or loss incurred will be your responsibility. How and when you receive your e-ticket depends on how and when you book your holiday: Bookings made directly with Red Sea Holidays Book directly with Red Sea Holidays and your e-ticket will be emailed to you 7 days prior to departure. For bookings within 7 days of departure, the e-ticket will be emailed within 24 hours of booking. It is important that you double check your email address when booking, and we recommend that you add the following address to your email address list to ensure that ticket is received in your inbox: customersupport@redseaholidays.co.uk Bookings made through a travel agent Book with a travel agent, and your e-tickets will be emailed to the travel agent 7 days prior to departure. For bookings within 7 days of departure, the e-ticket will be emailed to the travel agent within 24 hours of booking. The travel agent will then forward the e-tickets to you. Check your ticket Double check that the names on the e-ticket match those on your passports, and that it includes details of both the outbound flight from the UK and the return flight to the UK. If there are any problems with the e-ticket, contact your travel agent as soon as possible or for direct bookings, contact Red Sea Holidays directly. If you received your e-ticket by email, you must print out a copy of the ticket prior to travel. Checking in for your flightProcedures for flight check-in, provided Advanced Passenger Information, and booking flight upgrades and extras vary by airline and destination. Please find details below. EasyjetEnter AirTUI AirlinesEasyjetCheck-in onlineYou must check in online for your Easyjet flight. Online check in is available from 30 days until up to 2 hours before departure. You can check in for both your outward and return flights at the same time. Once you have checked in you must print out the boarding pass for each member of your party and take the boarding passes with you to the airport. If you make any amendments to your flights (passenger names, date, destination or Advance Passenger Information), you will need to check in again and print new boarding passes. To check in, visit www.easyjet.com select "Check-in Online", and use yourEasyjet airline reference code. In the unlikely event of a technical problem preventing online check in, please go to the Bag Drop area at the airport, where they will complete check in and print your boarding pass. Once you have checked inOnce you have checked-in online, take any hold luggage you may have to the Bag Drop area, then proceed to the departure gates via airport security. The Bag Drop desks close 1 hour prior to departure, and we recommend dropping your bags at least 2 hours prior to the departure time to give enough time to deposit your luggage, go through airport security, and reach your departure gate. You must be at your departure gate no later than 45 minutes prior to the departure time, or the airline may not allow you to travel. Passengers who are refused travel will be responsible for arranging alternative travel at their own expense. Advanced Passenger Information (API)The government requires airlines to provide passenger information, including passport details, for border control purposes. This Advance Passenger Information (API) is collected by the airline. You must provide the API online at www.easyjet.com either at the time of checking in, or after check in, via "Manage My Booking”, using your Easyjet airline reference code. Flight upgrades and extrasYou can pre-book a number of optional flight extras and upgrades, including legroom seats, seats together, extra baggage allowance and carriage of sports equipment These can be pre-booked directly with your airline from 30 days until up to 2 hours before departure. To book, visit www.easyjet.com, select "Manage My Booking", and use your Easyjet reference code. TUI AirwaysCheck in onlineIf you've chosen Select Your Seat, Seats with Extra Space, Seats with Extra Legroom or Premium Club Seats, online check-in opens 14 days before your outward flight. If not, you can check-in online from 7 days before. You must print out the boarding pass for each member of your party and take the boarding passes with you to the airport.
